To replace the exhaust on a Kawasaki Versys 650, loosen the screws that secure the exhaust tailpipe to its housing, which is located at the bottom right of the vehicle: once the fixing screws of the supports have been unscrewed, you can widen the clamp that connects the exhaust to the manifold. You can now detach the exhaust tailpipe so that you can position the new one: this should be connected by reinserting the clamp and securing it to the appropriate supports using the respective screws.

How to Dismantle the TM Racing KZ R1 Engine?
