Today, let's see how to carry out the routine maintenance service by replacing the engine oil and oil filter on the Kawasaki KLX 250S. First, place the bike on its stand and start by unscrewing the oil drain bolt found on the sump, allowing the oil to drain into a container for about ten minutes; then unscrew the screws of the oil filter cover, removing and replacing the cartridge with the new one, as shown in the video.

At this point, top up with new engine oil, pouring in the appropriate amount and checking the level periodically.
