In this guide, you will discover the steps that will allow you to remove and replace the clutch discs on the Kawasaki Z1000 motorcycle. First, place the motorcycle on a stand and start unscrewing the fastening screws of the clutch cover to remove it. Then, unscrew the screws of the clutch pack, removing the upper plate and sliding out each disc one by one, as shown in the video. At this point, replace and install the new clutch, alternating the two different types of discs; all that remains is to remount the clutch cover and replace the engine oil.
