Removing the oil sump on Kawasaki

To remove the oil pan, you must first disassemble the exhaust system and move (or remove) the radiator. Before moving the radiator we should obviously free the circuit from the coolant. This must be collected in a tray or bottle. To get to the oil pan you just need to move the radiator, but in case you want to clean it (which I recommend, since you are at it) remove it as well. Once the drain system has been disassembled, remove the oil from the sump by simply opening the lower hole and collecting the used lubricant. Now you can unscrew the aforementioned cup and clean or change it.

How do you replace the air filter of the KTM 1290 Super Adventure?

In order to replace the air filter of the KTM 1290 Super Adventure, you need to completely remove the storage compartment box located between the handlebars and the fuel tank. Once this compartment box has been removed, you can loosen the screws underneath and proceed to remove the cover of the air filter box. The air filter can now be extracted from its housing and replaced with a new one; the new filter can now be secured by reinserting the cover of the box and the storage compartment box, ensuring that everything is functioning properly.
