Remove the saddle using the special wrench and unscrew the two screws now uncovered and which secure the battery poles (always the negative must be disconnected first), as shown in the video. Now unscrew the two screws of the side fairing and remove it, then the other screws below. Move all the electrical equipment that prevents you from getting to the battery, then take it out. Obviously, proceed backwards for reassembly, until you have mounted the saddle. Check the correct functioning of the battery by starting the motorcycle. As you can see, this is an operation within everyone's reach.

How to replace the front brake pads on Kymco Xciting 400 S

Today we will see, in this video tutorial, how to remove and replace the front brake pads of the Kymco Xciting 400 S scooter, following the instructions below. First we put our scooter on the central stand and start unscrewing the fixing screws of the front brake caliper, using a socket wrench; after which we remove the caliper and disassemble the metal stops of the pads, in order to remove them from the caliper, as shown in the video. At this point we replace the brake pads with new ones, giving the caliper a clean up of dirt!
