How to replace engine oil and an oil filter on Kawasaki Versys 1000

Today we will see how to carry out the routine maintenance service, by changing the engine oil and the oil filter, on a Kawasaki Versys 1000. First we place our bike on the central stand and start by removing the lower plastic cover, unscrewing the fixing screws; after which we unscrew the oil vent bolt, using a ratchet wrench. At this point we drain the oil in a container for about ten minutes; then unscrew the oil filter with the appropriate wrench, replacing it with the new one (screwing it by hand). We just have to put the new engine oil in the crankcase!

How do you replace the buttons on the left handlebar of the BMW R 1200 GS?

In order to replace the buttons located at the base of the left handlebar on the BMW R1200 GS, you need to pry them off with an object so that they come off from their housing: it will be possible to remove them completely by loosening the screws. At this point, it will be possible to disconnect the connectors that are connected to the button panel, so that they can be connected to the new replacement piece: this can now be installed on its housing, properly fitting it and securing it with screws, also verifying that everything works correctly.
