Replacing the front brake pads on a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R is extremely simple, and here’s how to do it. First, remove the two bolts securing the brake caliper to the front disc. Once done, you can pull the caliper away from the disc. With it free, use a crowbar to widen the slots where the pads sit, unscrew the bolts holding them in place, and remove the pads. Further expand the pistons as the new pads will be significantly thicker than the worn ones. Proceed in reverse for complete reassembly.
