It is also necessary to make a small adjustment to the two valve cables of the exhaust. This will trick the bike's electronic control unit into not signalling an error in the exhaust operation. Now, fit the new end can along with the catalytic converter, following the previous steps but in reverse order.

How to Remove the Cylinder Head from the LML Star 200 Engine?

To remove the cylinder head from the LML Star 200 engine, you will need to loosen the bolts that secure the engine block to its housing at the rear of the frame. Once the engine is freed, proceed to disconnect the coil from the top of the cylinder and also loosen the bolts of the valve cover. This will allow the head to be freed from the bolts securing it to the top of the engine. Now you can detach it to insert the new one and remount the engine block in its place.
