Remove the silencer and the catalyst of the ZX10R Kawasaki Ninja.

Before proceeding with the maintenance operation of our Kawasaki ZX10R, we place the bike itself in a stable and safe position on its stand. At this point, we begin to unscrew, using the appropriate wrenches, the various screws and bolts that secure the end part of the muffler and the part of the same, positioned immediately before the engine block (as shown in the video images). It is also necessary to make a small modification to the two tie rods of the valve, of the muffler. This is so that the electronic control unit of the motorcycle is misled and thus does not give any error signals in the functioning of the exhaust. Now, let's mount the new muffler together with the catalyst, following the operations seen before, but proceeding backwards.

How do you replace the clutch cable of the LML Star?

In order to replace the clutch cable of the LML Star you have to unscrew the screws that fix the front fairing of the bike, so that it can be removed: here it will be possible to find one of the ends of the cable, which will be connected to the relative lever. By unscrewing the bolt that connects the lever to the cable, it will be possible to detach the first end; the other end will be directly connected to the clutch. Once both ends have been disconnected, the cable can be pulled out and replaced with a new spare part.
