To change the engine oil on the Suzuki GSXR 600, loosen the drain plug located at the bottom centre of the vehicle: once this is unscrewed, you can collect all the used oil in a suitably positioned container. This will also allow you to remove the oil filter from the bottom, so you can replace it with a new spare part.

After replacing the filter, top up the oil by pouring the new oil through the breather located on the right side of the bike.
