In this tutorial, see how to change the engine oil in the Suzuki GSXR 600, a simple task to perform every 12 months. First, ensure the engine is sufficiently cool, then place a container underneath and remove the left side fairing.

Next, locate the drain bolt, unscrew it using a 17mm socket, and let all the oil drain from the system. Continue by unscrewing the filter located on the front side of the engine, insert the replacement, and reassemble everything.

At this point, simply pour in the new oil through the designated hole.
