How to change the engine oil in a Suzuki GSXR 600?

As we can see in this tutorial, replacing the motor oil in the Suzuki GSXR 600 is an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, we wait for the engine to be cool enough, then we position a container under the bike, locate the drain plug and unscrew it using a socket wrench. Once we have done this, we let all the oil in the system drain out, unscrew the old filter and tighten the replacement. At this point, all that remains is to reassemble everything and add the necessary amount of oil through the appropriate hole.

Below we will illustrate the steps on how to replace the engine oil and oil filter of the Keeway Cafe Racer 152. First of all we put our motorcycle on the central stand and start warming up the engine for a few minutes; then unscrew the oil vent bolt that we find under the engine, letting it drain into a container for about ten minutes. At this point we unscrew the screws of the oil filter cover, removing and replacing the cartridge with the new one; finally unscrew the filler cap and top up with the new engine oil, of the right type.
