To top up the brake fluid on the Kawasaki Z900, first cover the instrument cluster and the surrounding parts with cloths. Next, unscrew the bolt located at the top of the box at the base of the lever. You can then remove the top plate, which should be set aside. After that, remove the cap on the brake caliper and connect a tube to the port: the other end of the tube should be placed in the container with the fluid. By pumping the brake a few times, the fluid will circulate. Finally, close the cap on the brake caliper and the plate at the base of the lever.
