To replace the headlamp of the Harley Davidson Touring, loosen the screws that secure the headlight unit within its housing: these screws will be located around the corresponding headlamp. Once loosened, you can extract the headlight unit from its place and disconnect the connector inside: this will allow you to completely remove the headlamp and connect a new one to the connector.

Then, insert it back into its place, ensuring it is properly secured with the relevant screws.
