Change the engine oil and oil filter on Kawasaki Z900

It takes a few steps to perform a regular maintenance service, replacing the engine oil and oil filter, of the Kawasaki Z900. First of all we position the stand on our bike and start by unscrewing the oil vent bolt that we find under the engine; let it drain in a container for about ten minutes. At this point we use the special oil filter wrench to unscrew the latter, replacing the cartridge with the new one; we screw the new filter by hand. We then pour in the new oil; the type is indicated in the vehicle use and maintenance booklet!

How do you replace the clutch cable of the LML Star?

In order to replace the clutch cable of the LML Star you have to unscrew the screws that fix the front fairing of the bike, so that it can be removed: here it will be possible to find one of the ends of the cable, which will be connected to the relative lever. By unscrewing the bolt that connects the lever to the cable, it will be possible to detach the first end; the other end will be directly connected to the clutch. Once both ends have been disconnected, the cable can be pulled out and replaced with a new spare part.
