In this guide, let's find out the main instructions on how to disassemble and replace the Kawasaki Z900 clutch plates. First of all, we put our bike on the stand and start connecting the clutch cable attached to the crankcase, by unscrewing the adjuster screw; then let's unscrew the fixing screws located on the sides of the clutch casing, as shown in the video. At this point let's unscrew the clutch pack screws, removing the pressure plate and then the clutch discs; so let's go and install the new one, compatible with our engine!

How do you bleed the Gilera Nexus 500 brakes?

In order to bleed the Gilera Nexus 500 brakes, you need to open the drawer that is located in correspondence with the knob, unscrewing the fixing screws of the cover. Once this has been opened, it will be possible to insert a small tube inside the vent on the brake caliper: therefore, by opening the valve, the brake fluid can be collected inside a container. When all the fluid has flowed out, it will be possible to fill in the new brake oil from the vent that was previously opened by removing the cover next to the knob.
