If the battery of the Kawasaki ZX10R is flat and cannot hold subsequent charging attempts, you need to replace it. To do this, open the passenger seat section with its key and remove it. Unscrew the four screws holding the frame around the seat. You can then unscrew the bolts that secure the rider's seat and access the battery compartment. Disconnect the elastic strap holding it in place and remove the terminals, starting with the negative. Take out the old battery and place a new one in its position, securing it with the elastic strap. Take this opportunity to install a USB socket, useful as an additional power outlet. The installation is straightforward: connect the two wires to the battery terminals with the respective screws, ensuring the correct polarity, and position the socket under the passenger seat for easy access. Refit the seats and the frame by reversing the steps.
