To change the motor oil of a Kawasaki ZX6R, make sure the engine is cold. Find the oil drain plug, usually located on the bottom side of the engine. Unscrew the plug to completely drain the old oil into an appropriate container. visually check the oil for any contaminants. Once the draining is complete, securely screw the drain plug back in. Next, locate the oil fill cap, usually on the top side of the engine. Remove the cap and slowly pour in the new oil using a funnel to prevent spills. Consult the owner's manual for the recommended quantity and type of oil. After pouring in the new oil, check the level using the dipstick and add oil if necessary until it reaches the recommended level. Make sure to properly dispose of the used oil at an authorized collection point. Check that both plugs are securely closed to prevent leaks.
