To change the motor oil of the Kawasaki Z650, start by positioning the motorcycle on a center stand to ensure stability. Remove the oil filler cap, usually located on the right side of the engine. Use an appropriate wrench to unscrew the cap and allow air to enter the oil tank. Next, locate the oil drain plug, usually located at the bottom of the engine. Place a collection pan under the drain plug and use a wrench to unscrew the plug. Allow the used oil to completely drain into the pan. Once the draining is complete, remove the oil filter and replace it with a new one, making sure to lubricate the filter gasket ring with fresh oil. Tighten the oil filter securely. Finally, tighten the oil drain plug after ensuring proper closure. Slowly pour the recommended amount of new oil through the filler cap as stated in the owner's manual. Check the oil level with the dipstick, making sure it is between the minimum and maximum levels. Close the oil filler cap and start the engine for a few minutes. Check the oil level again and add if necessary. Make sure there are no leaks and everything is in order before removing the motorcycle from the stand.
