How do you replace the clutch on the Keeway SL 200?

In order to replace the clutch of the Keeway SL 200 you have to remove all the bolts that secure the cover of the protective casing, located on the right side of the bike. Once the cover has been removed, it will be possible to have access to the transmission, consisting of clutch, variator and belt. By loosening the clutch center pin and all other bolts, the clutch can be removed, along with the variator and belt. Once the parts have been removed, it will be possible to fix the new clutch and the new variator, also inserting the belt correctly. At the end it will be necessary to seal the casing again.

First of all we put our motorbike on the stand and we begin to unscrew the oil vent bolt that we find on the sump, letting it drain in a container for about ten minutes; we unscrew the filler cap to let the oil flow out more quickly. At this point we unscrew our oil filter and replace the cartridge with the new one; finally pour in the new oil, checking the level using the dipstick!
