How to replace the gear knob in the KIA Sportage?

In this tutorial we can see how to replace the gear knob in the KIA Sportage, an extremely simple and quick operation. First of all, let's go inside the cabin, then, using a flat-tipped screwdriver or preferably a plastic spatula, we unhook the base of the boot by levering along the perimeter. We then lift the boot itself, grab the knob and remove it from the shaft by rotating it counterclockwise. At this point, all that remains is to separate the knob from the boot, place the replacement parts and reassemble everything following the reverse procedure.
