How to replace the radio in the Kia Sportage

Today we will explain how to replace the car radio on a Kia Sportage vehicle produced between 2016 and 2018. First, we remove the right side of the dashboard and the central part of the dashboard in order to access the screws that hold the radio in place and unscrew them. We remove the glove compartment by unscrewing the internal screws. We remove the car radio from its housing by disconnecting the connector and the antenna cable. Before inserting the new radio, we make the necessary modifications to the connector by connecting the antenna cable for better reception, mounting the USB ports, and connecting the SIM wire. We pass the wires inside the glove compartment and connect it to the reception. We then install the new car radio by connecting the connectors. We reassemble the dashboard pieces previously removed and turn on the radio to ensure it is functioning properly.
