To replace the engine air filter in your fourth generation Kia Sportage on your own, you need to follow the steps described in this new mini guide. First, make sure you have a new air filter compatible with your car, then fully lift the front hood of the vehicle and place the safety support. Once you have done that, locate the box containing the air filter on the right side of the engine compartment and remove the protective cover. Finally, replace the old air filter with the new one and reassemble the box cover.
