How to Remove the Speaker from a Kia Picanto

Model: Kia Picanto TA, MK 2 - Years 2011-2018

To remove the speaker from a Kia Picanto, first take off the door panel. Before starting, disconnect the battery terminals in the engine bay. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws securing the plastic handle and the door release lever area. Once all screws are removed, use the lever to detach the window switch panel and all plastic clips securing the door. Pull the door panel off with your hands, disconnect any power connectors and release cables. Use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws holding the speaker in the door (remove any rivets); take it out and disconnect the power connector.
