How to Reset the Service Light in a Kia Sportage

Model: Kia Sportage MK 5, NQ5 - Years 2021-2026

To reset the maintenance warning on a Kia Sportage, turn on the instrument cluster and use the central display. Access the Setup or Settings menu, then enter the Vehicle section. From here, select Cluster and find the entry dedicated to the maintenance interval. Then select Reset and confirm your choice when the message appears on the screen. The system will update the counter, setting a new maintenance interval. Depending on the version of the multimedia system, some names of the entries may vary slightly. After the operation, return to the main screen and check that the service warning is no longer present on the instrument cluster.
