The guide shows how to adjust the handbrake lever of the Kia Sorento Mk1. This is done by tightening or loosening the adjustment nut located under the fabric cover of the handbrake lever. The first operation to carry out is to engage the handbrake and then lift the finishing fabric of the lever, moving the rear part and the part in contact with the central console. At this point, with a 10 mm wrench inserted on the bolt, lower the lever and carry out the correct adjustment. If the lever has too long a stroke, the nut must be tightened. When the adjustment is complete, place the finishing fabric in the closed position.
