Operation: How to adjust the handbrake of the Kia Sorento

To adjust the manual handbrake of the Kia Sorento, we need to: -remove the plastic console of the handbrake using Torx screws and clips -locate the locknuts and loosen them with a wrench, in order to adjust the cable tension -screw the locking nuts on both sides to have balanced braking on both sides -ensure that the handle has a travel of at least three notches -tighten the locknuts and test the wheel fixation. If it is good, we can reassemble everything, otherwise, tighten the fixing screws again for optimal configuration.
