Here’s how to perform a hard reset on the Kia Sportage MK4 to erase all current settings and restore everything to factory defaults. Go to "Home" and then to "Settings". Scroll down to find the system information. Once here, look for "Default Settings" and press the button related to this option. This will confirm that the system will be restored to default values. Naturally, all stored values and settings will be lost, but if you wish to proceed, click "Yes". Now wait a moment for the system to remove everything, and you’re done.
