In your KIA Sorento, it may happen that the fuel flap gets stuck, for example, due to a fault in the actuator or the control located in the cabin. In both cases, it is possible to perform an emergency opening of the flap by following the instructions in this tutorial.

First, open the boot lid, then, using a flat-head screwdriver, unclip the small panel located on the left wall of the compartment. Once done, grasp the indicated cord and pull it towards you to unlock the flap's lock.
