To change the motor oil of the KTM Duke 390, start by briefly warming up the engine to facilitate the flow of the old oil. Turn off the motorcycle and place it on a stable stand to avoid tilting. Find the oil drain plug, located on the bottom of the engine. Using a wrench, unscrew the plug and collect the used oil in a suitable container. Let the fluid drain completely for a few minutes, making sure there are no residues left in the engine. Once emptied, securely screw the drain plug back in. Now, identify the oil fill plug located on the side of the engine, remove it and add the new specific oil for your Duke 390. Pour it slowly and check the level with the dipstick or indicator until reaching the correct amount, making sure not to exceed the recommended level. Once the operation is completed, close the fill plug, start the engine for a moment and turn it off again to check for any leaks or level drops.
