In this guide, we will discover the main instructions that will allow us to disassemble and replace the heated grips of the KTM Adventure 890 R motorcycle. First, we put the motorcycle on the stand and remove the rider's seat, accessing the battery; then it will be necessary to disconnect the wiring of the heated grips, as shown in the video.

At this point, we unscrew the screws of any handguards and bar ends, pulling the grips forcefully to remove them; we replace them with new ones, having the same measurements, making the connection and checking the operation of the heating.
