To replace the exhaust on the KTM 890 Adventure, you need to loosen the screws that secure the exhaust end can to its housing, allowing you to free it completely. Once the screws securing the side supports are loosened, you can proceed to widen the ring that connects the exhaust to the exhaust manifold.

You can then completely detach the old exhaust from its position and insert the new replacement part. This should be properly secured in place and connected to the manifold, ensuring everything functions correctly.
