Today, I will show you how to replace the brake pads on our KTM EXC motorcycle. First, for this specific model, I recommend not detaching the brake caliper from the disc, as you simply need to remove the retaining pin located at the bottom of the caliper (to do this, remove the clips at both ends) and pull out the two pads. Now, we can proceed to insert the new pads. Ensure they are properly seated in the caliper to maintain effectiveness. Reattach the retaining pin with the clips and bleed the brake system by pressing until the brake lever firms up.
