To remove the chain from the KTM Duke 125, use a chain breaker, which will break the chain at a point allowing for removal. Using a socket and a fixed handle spanner, remove the rear wheel axle; before removing the wheel itself, also remove the ABS sensor. Then you can slide out the axle and remove the wheel. To remove the pinion, loosen the three screws shown in the video, put the bike in gear so the pinion locks, and then remove the other two screws. At this point, you can remove the pinion and replace it along with its washer.
