How to replace the coolant on the KTM SXF 450

In today's video tutorial we will see the main steps to replace the coolant on the KTM SXF 450, following these simple instructions. First of all, let's drain the old coolant; to do this we unscrew the bleed screw that we find on the water pump, as shown in the video. At this point we are going to open the cap of our radiator and we are going to pour the new antifreeze liquid; now let's put the cap back on correctly and start the engine, letting new coolant circulate!

How to replace the rollers of the variator of the Honda SH 300?

In order to replace the rollers of the Honda SH 300 variator it is necessary to loosen the bolts that secure the casing located at the rear wheel, on the right side of the bike. In this way it will be possible to remove the cover and access the variator: by loosening its central pin it will be possible to remove it and extract the belt as well, after having also removed the clutch bell. Once all the transmission components have been removed, it will be possible to replace them with spare parts and re-seal everything with the crankcase cover.
