To change the engine oil on the KTM 1090 Adventure R, you need to unscrew the plug located at the central lower part of the bike, allowing a container to collect all the used oil. Once the oil has completely drained, close the drain plug and remove the oil filter located at the bottom left. After the filter has been removed, you can add the new oil through the designated filler hole, which is positioned on the left side of the bike. After refilling, start the bike and check that everything is functioning properly.
