In this brief guide, discover the main steps to remove and replace the clutch on the KTM Adventure 990 motorcycle. First, place the bike on a stand and start unscrewing all the screws securing the clutch cover to remove it; then unscrew the screws of the clutch pack and subsequently remove all the plates, as shown in the video. Now install the new clutch plates, alternating cork plates with metal ones, then reassemble the clutch cover and adjust it!
