In this very short video tutorial, you will see how to replace the battery (CR2032 3V) in the remote of a KTM 1290. The first step is to press the release button on the key to remove it. Next, grasp the plastic back cover of the remote and pull it down to detach and remove it. Once done, remove the small cap underneath, where you will find the battery to change, then extract the old battery and replace it with a new one, and finally, follow the reverse procedures to close the remote.
