How do you replace the piston of the KTM EXC 300?

The operation of replacing the piston on the KTM EXC 300 is carried out by loosening the bolts that secure the engine block to its housing in the lower part of the motorcycle: after disconnecting the connectors of the various sensors, it will be possible to completely remove the engine. Then, by unscrewing the screws that fix the engine cylinder in its upper part, it will be possible to access the piston, which can be removed from its connecting rod by disconnecting the corresponding fixing ring. After removing the piston, it will be possible to insert the new replacement part, also reassembling all the other components.

Today we will see, in this video tutorial, how to remove and replace the headlight bulb of the Aprilia Sx 125, in simple and quick steps. First of all we put the stand and we begin to disassemble our front light; to do this we unscrew the fixing screws that we find on the sides, as shown in the video. At this point we disconnect the electrical connector and remove the rubber protection of the bulb; we release the metal clip to remove and replace the bulb with the new one, of the right type (in this case type H4), applying the reverse procedure for reassembly!
