The engine block of the KTM EXC 250 can be dismantled by loosening the screws that secure the engine block within its housing, completely removing it and disconnecting all pipes and connectors. Once the engine is removed, loosen the fastening screws of the cylinder so that it can be taken out along with the spark plug from the top. Then, loosen the ring that secures the piston to the corresponding conrod, followed by loosening the screws that secure the two side casings, providing access to the additional components inside.

How to Replace the Throttle Valve on the GasGas EC 300?

To replace the throttle valve on the GasGas EC 300, remove the entire throttle body from its housing. This is connected between the cylinder and the intake manifold. Once the throttle body is removed by loosening the screws and disconnecting all connectors, proceed to detach the connectors attached to it.
