How do you disassemble the KTM EXC 250 engine?

The KTM EXC 250 engine disassembly operation is carried out by loosening the screws that fix the engine block inside its housing, removing it completely and disconnecting its pipes and connectors. Once the engine has been removed, it will be possible to loosen the fixing screws of the cylinder, removing the latter together with the spark plug from the upper part. Then you can loosen the ring that locks the piston to the corresponding connecting rod, then loosening the screws that fix the two side casings and giving access to the other components located inside the engine.

In today's video tutorial we will see the steps that will allow us to remove and replace the rear brake shoes of the Peugeot Viva City. First of all, put the central stand and start unscrewing the fixing screws of the muffler silencer, in order to remove it; after which we unscrew the central nut of the wheel to remove it, as shown in the video.
