The exhaust pipe of the KTM Duke 390 can be replaced by loosening the screw that locks the connecting clamp, which connects the exhaust pipe to the remaining part of the exhaust duct. Then it will be possible to unscrew the bolt that fixes the exhaust pipe to its support at the back, so that it is completely released. When the piece is no longer constrained, it will be possible to remove it from its housing so that the new one can be inserted; the exhaust pipe must then be connected to the remaining part of the manifold with the corresponding clamp and fixed to the support at the back.
