How to replace the spark plugs of the Piaggio MP3 500

Today's tutorial will show us how to disassemble and replace the spark plugs of the Piaggio MP3 500 scooter engine. First, we put the scooter on the center stand and start by removing the plastic side cover, unscrewing the fixing screw; then we disconnect the spark plug cap and use a 16 mm socket wrench to remove it and replace it with the new one, as shown in the video. At this point, we install the suitable spark plug for the engine, with the same thread; all that's left is to screw it in by hand and then gently tighten it with a wrench, reassembling everything!

How to replace the belt on the Aprilia Scarabeo 500?

The belt replacement operation on the Aprilia Scarabeo is carried out by loosening the bolts that secure the casing at the rear wheel of the motorcycle, on the left side of the latter. After the crankcase cover has been removed, it will be possible to access the underlying components: the central pin of the clutch and of the variator will have to be removed, so that the two pieces are removed and consequently also the belt placed around them. In this way it will be possible to fix the clutch and the variator again, by inserting the belt appropriately around them.
