Today we will discover the steps that will allow us to disassemble and replace the spark plug of the engine of the Kymco AK 550 scooter. First of all, we put the scooter on the central stand and start by disconnecting the electrical connector of the spark plug, then unscrewing the fixing screws to remove the spark plug boot; then we use a socket wrench with extension to unscrew and remove it, as shown in the video. At this point, we install the new spark plug, of the right type and having the same thread, screwing it in by hand and then gently tightening it with a wrench; finally, we connect the spark plug connector!
