First, let's proceed with the disassembly of the variator, removing the 12 reverse size bolts that secure the cover, being careful, as some bolts may fall during disassembly.

Clean the residue of the old balancing mass (present on the internal components). Inspect the clutch, checking the gaskets, shoes, and bearings, which we will lubricate with specific grease for high temperatures.

Using a 19 socket wrench to remove the rear pulley, clean the CVT belt and check for wear. It is recommended to use quality products, avoiding generic greases; check the direction of rotation of the components before reassembly.

How to Remove the Rear Wheel of the GasGas EC 250?

To remove the rear wheel of the GasGas EC 250, first dismantle the chain by removing it from the sprocket attached to the rear wheel.
