In order to disassemble the engine of the Kymco K-Pipe, you need to unscrew the fixing screws of the cylinder on the top of the engine block, so that this piece can be completely removed. Once the cylinder is freed from its housing, it will be possible to locate the underlying piston that must be released from the connecting rod. By doing so, you will have access to the crankshaft and all the internal components of the engine. Once the necessary components are replaced, you can close the engine block again to verify that everything is working properly.
