How to reset the "Service" light on a Kymco Downtown 300i

Before we can begin, we will need to sit in the riding seat of our Kymco Downtown 300i. Let's start by activating the instrument panel by turning the key in the ignition switch. After that, we will have to press and hold the "ADJ" button in the instrument panel until we reach the service tripmeter. Once this is done, we will have to turn off the instrument panel. At this point, we will have to press and hold the "MODE" and "ADJ" buttons at the same time, and in the meantime we will have to re-activate the instrument panel. When we have completed this step, we will be able to release the two buttons, and we will have completed the reset.

How to change the engine oil of the Kawasaki Vulcan 650 S?

The replacement of the Kawasaki Vulcan 650 S engine oil is carried out by loosening the drain plug which is positioned in the lower central part of the bike: by unscrewing it, it will be possible to drain the used oil into a container placed under the hole. Next to it will also be the oil filter, which will need to be removed from its housing and replaced with a new spare part. After the replacement, it will be possible to top up by inserting the new oil inside the special vent on the right side of the bike: we recommend using a 10W-40 grade oil.
