Part:
Kymco People 125 centrifugal rollers replacement

The tutorial starts with the variator cover already removed. To get here, I refer you to other tutorials. With the size 17 socket unscrew the central bolt (if you do not have an air screwdriver, use a compass wrench to stop the variator). Remove the nut and washer on the right side of it, then clean the exposed parts. Move the belt to work better, then remove the outermost half-pulley inside which there are the centrifugal rollers. Take them out and replace them with new ones. Generally these small mechanical parts need to be replaced every 8000 km, but if they still don't show any signs of wear you can keep them a little longer.

Guide to disassembling the fuel pump on the Yamaha Majesty 400

In this guide we will see the main instructions for disassembling and replacing the fuel pump on the Yamaha Majesty 400 scooter. First of all, let's disassemble the seat and all the compartment under the seat of the scooter, in order to access the upper part of the engine; after which we unscrew the bolts of the tank and the screws of the engine support frame, lifting it from below with a jack. At this point we lift the engine and unscrew the bolts of the fuel pump, disconnecting the electrical connector and the petrol pipe; so let's replace it with the new one, applying the reverse procedure!
