How to Dismantle the Fairing of a Kymco People 125?

Model: Kymco People 125
Part: Checks and maintenance

Video tutorial

To dismantle the fairing of a Kymco People 125, first remove the top box located on the rear rack by inserting the key and pressing the designated button to release it. Next, unscrew the rack by removing the fixing screws with a cross-head screwdriver, then use a T-40 hex key. Once the rack is removed, take off the seat compartment: lifting the seat will reveal the five pins that need to be removed, along with the cigarette lighter.

The next parts to remove are the number plate holder and the battery cover by unscrewing the screws and nuts.

Finally, the side plastics can also be removed.
