This guide shows how to bleed the brake fluid system of the Kymco GP125. After securing the vehicle and protecting the upper fairing with rags, remove the two screws securing the brake fluid reservoir cap and take off the covers. Using an 8 mm spanner, loosen the bleed valve on the front caliper and install the drain hose. Operate the brake to allow fluid to flow from the system. Remove the brake caliper, fully compress the piston, and clean it with an appropriate spray. Refit everything in position and, if necessary, top up the fluid. Check the proper functioning of the brakes before hitting the road.
