How to change the belt and rollers on the Kymco X-Town 300 i. You can find a kit with these accessories on eBay for £42.00. Start by removing the cover, then unscrew the two bolts that hold the clutch and variator in place, which you need to remove with an air gun. Remove the belt (in this case, it is not replaced as it was changed recently: pay attention to the direction of rotation when installing).

First, remove the variator cylinder and the disc where the rollers are housed, which will be replaced with new ones (the ones in the video do not have a specific direction of rotation).

Reassemble the variator disc, then the clutch, the belt, and the variator cover. Reattach the cover and your maintenance is complete.
